Why doesn’t my RPG or Proximity Launcher receive ammo when using Ammo Resupply? Ammo Resupply only affects primary and secondary weapons. Rockets are purchasable items that can only be resupplied by purchasing them again with Battle Points.
Can I zoom in multiple times with the sniper rifles? There is only one zoom level.
Is there a way to hide my name from the enemy during respawn fly-ins? No, names are displayed during fly-ins to assist in locating the battle. They will disappear once the player reaches the ground.
How does Battle Points convert to XP? XP is calculated from total Battle Points, total Bonus Points, and any Challenge Points that the player accumulates during a match.
I maxed out my level to Rank 5 and played a few more matches before downloading the Battle Code. Why am I still at Rank 5 after downloading the Battle Code? The game stops tracking the level progress after Rank 5 is reached. However, the game will resume tracking progress once the Battle Code is downloaded.
What are the Red Diamonds around enemy players? The Red Diamonds means that one of your teammates has marked them as a target using the Parrot Drone.
Why am I unable to spawn vehicles when I have enough Battle Points to do so? The maximum number of vehicles allowed has been reached. Each map has a set limit to the number of vehicles allowed to be deployed at one time.
How do I get the 870 Express Shotgun? The 870 Express Shotgun is a Downloadable Weapon. It can be acquired from PlayStation Network Store or Xbox LIVE Marketplace.
Why can’t I access the Battle Commander Playlists? You must reach Rank 7 to access these playlists.
How do I use Battle Points? Battle Points can be used by pressing Up or Down on the Directional Pad to purchase special weapons and items. They can also be used to purchase vehicles while at the spawn selection.
Why are the Ranks listed in the spawn selection different from the Ranks listed in the Armory? The Rank in the Armory is the Rank that you must be to modify that vehicle loadout. The Rank in the spawn selection is the Rank you must be in order to use that vehicle in a match.
Why do some of my teammates appear as skulls on the map? This means they are hunting a High Priority target. This only occurs in Battle Commander game modes.
Why can I not connect to an online match?
